The GT will support the daily IT and system operations across all grocery stores, warehouses, and head office departments. This entry-level role provides hands-on exposure to retail technologies such as POS systems, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) warehouse automation, and e-commerce platforms. The candidate will work closely with senior IS staff to ensure system reliability, smooth store operations, and effective technology support to business users.
Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring and maintaining store POS systems, back-office PCs, and network connectivity

.Provide first-level technical support for end users in stores, warehouses, and the head office.

Support ERP and retail system operations, including user setup, data updates, and issue tracking.

Help configure and troubleshoot scanners, printers, scales, and handheld PDA devices used in stores and warehouses.

Participate in system rollout, software updates, and technology implementation projects across stores.

Assist in monitoring store network performance and escalate issues to the infrastructure team when required.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in IT or retail technology support.

Basic understanding of networking, databases, and ERP/business applications.

Familiarity with Windows systems, Office 365, and POS software is an advantage.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Willing to work on-site in stores or warehouses when required
