Purpose:

Application Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s Odoo systems and related applications. The role involves troubleshooting, user support, collaboration with IT teams and vendors, and ensuring smooth system performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ERP systems, preferably within the real estate market, and excellent organizational and communication skills.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or queries related to Odoo systems.
  • Collaborate with IT team and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and operation of Odoo systems with other applications and platforms.
  • Communicate with the software vendor to report bugs, request enhancements, or escalate critical issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to company users on effective and efficient use of Odoo systems.
  • Ensure day-to-day delivery and performance of ERP and non-ERP applications and services (internally and through 3rd party), driving continuous improvement and control.
  • Document and update procedures, manuals, and best practices for the Odoo system.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business/Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Odoo and other ERP systems, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and objectives in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and local language.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
