What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible administrative personnel act as a liaison between departments for smooth interactions to better the center. The role is also responsible for reporting outcomes and achievements of the center and the students/or inmate. As a part of the administrative team, you will organize and prioritize schedules, events, and reporting activities.

Essential functions:

• Answer telephone calls and greet and assist visitors.
• Assist supervisors, managers, and directors with administrative duties.
• Conduct audits when appropriate.
• Prepare and administer reports.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One year's administrative experience.
• A valid driver license in the state where the facility is located with an acceptable driving record is required.
