Secretary/Receptionist

Overview
We are a brand new RV repair business looking for someone to answer phone calls, gather information and set up appointments. You will be paid for every appointment you set up. Work remotely. Some days we only have a few calls & other days there will be 10-15 calls. It will probably only take an hour or so out of your day at first. Knowledge of RVs / camping trailers would be nice but not needed.

  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and assist with basic management tasks
  • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed

Qualifications

  • Great attitude.
  • Proven office or clerical experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a professional setting
  • Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing, data entry, calendar management, and proofreading
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor capable of providing outstanding customer support

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
