Secretary/Tenders

We require an Office Secretary cum Administration professional with Tendering experience.

Responsibilities.

  • Maintain -General Manages calendar. Monitor and reply email communication.
  • Office coordination and correspondence
  • Prepare, compile and format tender documentation including technical, commercial and supporting documents .
  • Maintain and organized database of tenders, clarification, submissions and awards for tracking and audit purposes.
  • Handling e-tender portals
  • Prepare standard documents such as quotations, proposals, letters and price list as required by the sales team.
  • You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests
  • Assist colleagues by supporting them with planning and distributing information’s.
  • Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary.

Requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 2-5 years’ experience in tendering, proposals, sales coordination preferably within cleaning chemicals trading sector or facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of tender procedures used in Qatar.
  • Excellent written and communication knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good document formatting and data management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
