We require an Office Secretary cum Administration professional with Tendering experience.
Responsibilities.
- Maintain -General Manages calendar. Monitor and reply email communication.
- Office coordination and correspondence
- Prepare, compile and format tender documentation including technical, commercial and supporting documents .
- Maintain and organized database of tenders, clarification, submissions and awards for tracking and audit purposes.
- Handling e-tender portals
- Prepare standard documents such as quotations, proposals, letters and price list as required by the sales team.
- You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests
- Assist colleagues by supporting them with planning and distributing information’s.
- Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
Requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 2-5 years’ experience in tendering, proposals, sales coordination preferably within cleaning chemicals trading sector or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of tender procedures used in Qatar.
- Excellent written and communication knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good document formatting and data management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
