Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational strategies that align with academic standards and foster a culture of academic excellence.
- Implement academic calendar, scheme of studies and ensure all academic activities are executed as planned.
- Monitor and assess teaching methods, train teachers and provide guidance
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture among faculty and staff.
- Monitor student performance and take necessary actions to improve student outcomes.
- Oversee student welfare, discipline, and extracurricular activities.
- Implement effective communication strategies to keep parents informed and engaged in the educational process of students in parent teacher meetings.
- Evaluate staff performance for Annual Appraisal.
- Recruit, hire, and evaluate high-quality teachers, administrators, and support staff.
- Allocate resources effectively to support educational programs and maintain school operations.
- Ensure financial accountability and transparency.
- Compliance with all relevant local, state, and provincial regulations.
- Implementation of organizational policies, rules and regulations within the school premises.
Job Specifications
- Masters in education or any other relevant field.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of work experience including 5 years in teaching higher secondary classes and at least 5 years of experience as a Principal in a higher secondary school
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant working tools
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of educational standards, accreditation processes, and regulatory requirements is mandatory.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
