About Your Team

Join us at the ground level as we mobilize for one of our newest, high-value projects. You’ll play a key role planning, coordinating, managing construction activities and helping to shape the operational foundations from day one. This is a fast-paced, high-stakes build with a condensed timeline. Ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys making an immediate impact.

Your Role

As a Section Manager, you will:

• Manage construction team and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project execution.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders for method statements and work notifications.
• Conduct site inspections and meetings, addressing progress issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Report project progress regularly and support team development through leadership and training

What We’re Looking For

• B Eng, BTEC, ND in Civil Construction
• More than 10 years of experience in construction
• Civil Engineer strongly recommended
• Understanding of building construction technology
