Section Officer – Health & Beauty

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Health & Beauty section.
• Ensure proper product display, stock replenishment, and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team/vendors.
• Guide and support customers with product knowledge.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate section staff.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business/Management/Science).
• 2–4 years of experience in retail (preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or pharmacy section).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a team and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
