Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Job Description: We are currently seeking a Security Dispatcher to join our team in the Hawthorne/Lawndale area. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts Available:

• Morning Shift
• Graveyard Shift

Applicants must be flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage multiple phone lines in a professional manner
• Dispatch security officers to various job sites promptly and accurately
• Maintain clear communication with field staff and management
• Record and update information using Excel and other computer systems
• Provide excellent customer service and support to both clients and employees

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills (Excel proficiency required)
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
