Security Dispatcher

Now Hiring: Dispatcher (Swing & Morning Shifts)

Gates Security is currently seeking ONE Dispatcher to join our team. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay calm under pressure, and provide excellent support to both our officers and clients. Regular Schedule:

• Will vary with shifts of 6AM-2PM and 2PM-10PM. Open availability required.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls from officers and clients.
• Monitor multiple camera systems.
• Monitor central alarm station activity.
• Dispatch officers to calls for service.
• Answer emergency-type calls from clients and non-clients.
• Maintain a professional, customer service–oriented approach at all times.
• Perform collateral duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must type at least 30 word per minute (WPM)
• Strong vocabulary and writing skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing pace.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• IT experience or technical aptitude is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and reliability.

This position can range from extremely fast-paced to very quiet. The ideal candidate is adaptable, dependable, and committed to supporting our team’s mission of safety and service.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
