Security Guard (Kenyan)

We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Security Guard (Kenyan) to join our Real Estate Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for company properties, tenants, visitors, and staff by monitoring premises and preventing any illegal or inappropriate activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned properties (residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings).
• Control access at entrances and exits; verify identification of visitors and contractors.
• Ensure the safety and security of tenants, guests, and staff.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, parking areas, and surrounding premises.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards immediately.
• Maintain daily logs and incident reports.
• Assist in crowd control during events or busy periods.
• Coordinate with local authorities or emergency services when required.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Nationality: Kenyan
• Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Good physical condition and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Valid security training certificate (if applicable).
• Transferable visa / valid QID (if in Qatar – adjust as needed).
