Security Manager

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced SIRA-certified Security Manager with strong operational skillsto lead and elevate our security operations in Dubai.

Are you a seasoned security professional with 3+ years of managerial experience in the UAE? We're looking for a dynamic leader to:

• Drive and implement cutting-edge security strategies across diverse properties, including residential, commercial, retail, warehouses, and malls.
• Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing security team.
• Oversee and master security systems, ensuring unwavering compliance with all UAE regulations and standards.
• Develop and execute impactful training programs to enhance team capabilities.
• SIRA license is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Assistant Manager or above) in Dubai.
