Job Description

1. Lead end-to-end security operations at Dhabeji, ensuring full compliance with approved policies, SOPs, and access controls.
2. Exercise complete command over gate operations, material movement, and personnel verification with strict documentation and zero deviation.
3. Ensure continuous surveillance and rapid response to security threats, incidents, or emergencies in coordination with Head of Security.
4. Control and verify movement of raw materials, finished goods, scrap, and assets in close coordination with Logistics, Stores, and Production.
5. Manage, deploy, and monitor company and third-party security staff; ensure discipline, training, balanced deployment, and performance standards.
6. Conduct security risk assessments, emergency preparedness, drills, and business continuity planning.
7. Maintain strong liaison with local administration, law enforcement, and intelligence agencies; represent the company at an operational level.
8. Oversee security SOPs, weapons compliance, incident reporting, and act as principal security advisor to management.

Qualifications & Experience Education: Preferably Masters (in relevant field)

Experience: 9 - 10 years of experience in industrial or plant security, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role managing large teams.

1. Strong expertise in risk management, gate and material control and coordination with law enforcement agencies.
