🚨 We’re Hiring: Security Officer | Pre-IPO Environment 🔐

Are you ready to lead cyber security readiness in a fast-growing organization preparing for IPO?

We’re looking for a Security Officer to drive governance, risk management, compliance, and operational security excellence.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading ISO 27001 risk assessments & managing the Statement of Applicability

• Overseeing internal, external & certification audits

• Managing incident response & breach readiness

• Ensuring GDPR compliance (DPIA, TIA, RoPA, DSR handling)

• Strengthening IAM, MFA & privileged access controls

• Conducting vendor risk assessments

• Driving security awareness & phishing simulations

• Supporting penetration testing & remediation tracking

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong understanding of ISO 27001 (Annex A controls & risk treatment)

✔ Experience with internal audits & certification audits

✔ Solid knowledge of GDPR & data protection frameworks

✔ Ability to align security with business & board-level reporting

✔ Proactive mindset with strong documentation & governance skills
