Job Description:

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, residents, team members, and property assets at Silver Sands Beach.

Monitor and patrol the property, including guest areas, residential zones, beach access points, and back-of-house areas.
Ensure the safety and security of guests, residents, visitors, and colleagues at all times.
Control access at entry and exit points, verifying identification and managing visitor logs.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, including medical situations, disturbances, or security breaches.
Provide assistance to guests and residents in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
Conduct routine checks of security systems, including CCTV, fire safety equipment, and access control systems.
Report and document incidents, irregularities, or suspicious activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Support evacuation procedures and emergency drills as required.
Coordinate with local authorities (police, ambulance, fire services) when necessary.
Enforce property rules and regulations for both short-term guests and long-term residents.

Valid security license/certification as per KSA regulations.
Good communication skills.
Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and act effectively in emergency situations.
Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.
Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
Female candidates preferred for handling guest and resident requirements where needed.
