As an unarmed, driving patrol officer at a busy commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and assist tenants, visitors, and staff with a customer-first approach. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts and/or dispatch, and support a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors at a commercial retail and plaza location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout common areas, retail corridors, parking lots, loading areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance issues.
• Monitor access points and public areas, observe for suspicious behavior, and assist with crowd flow during busy shopping periods and special promotions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical situations, alarms, and/or property concerns, and coordinate with site contacts and public responders as needed.
• Complete detailed reports and incident documentation, including patrol logs and shift activity notes, and communicate key updates to onsite management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
