Job Description

As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic tech and media location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to requests with clear communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, vendors, and/or production crews by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
Conduct regular and random patrols of studios, offices, sound stages, parking areas, and perimeter, checking doors, gates, and common areas for irregular activity.
Support access control at designated points by verifying credentials, managing visitor check-in, and directing authorized traffic to the appropriate locations.
Monitor cameras, radios, and/or other site systems as assigned, completing accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
