Job Description

As a Security Officer - Water Treatment Patrol in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol sales floors, entrances, and parking areas, staying visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, observe and report unusual activity, and support store teams with clear communication and helpful customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to customers and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to management and/or law enforcement as directed by post orders.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail sales floor, back-of-house areas, receiving docks, and the exterior perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter theft, trespassing, and unauthorized access; observe and report suspicious behavior in accordance with site procedures.
Complete detailed reports of daily activity, incidents, and observations, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
