Security Supervisor

We are looking for a Security Supervisor with experience in managing security operations at project and construction sites. The role requires overseeing a team of security guards and ensuring the safety of people, property, and company assets.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily security operations at project sites.
• Assign duties, prepare duty rosters, and monitor guard performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and security measures are in place.
• Handle incidents, prepare reports, and coordinate with authorities when required.
• Ensure CCTV, access control, and other security systems are properly monitored and maintained.
• Train and guide security staff to follow company rules and emergency procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and manage evacuation or safety protocols if needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor (preferably in project/construction sites).
• Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site.
• Certifications such as SIRA (Dubai), PSBD (Abu Dhabi), First Aid, Fire Safety, or equivalent security training are highly preferred

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
