Job Description:

SBK Real Estate Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our Property Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, including patrol and inspection of properties and tenant collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the properties to ensure the safety and security of tenants and assets.
• Handle tenant collections and ensure compliance with property management policies.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing appropriate actions and reports.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of security activities and incidents.
• Liaise with tenants and address their security concerns effectively.
• Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in using security equipment and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if required.
