Security Supervisor

• Exercising a high level of general security awareness at all times and to ensure that daily routine of tenants, visitors and other personnel proceeds uninterrupted.
• Responsible to see that the security rules and regulations are understood by all the security officers.
• Preparing Security monthly duty roster including coordination of security officer’s daily workload and relieving schedules.
• Responsible to ensure that the security service is provided as per the contract.
• Ensures that the security officers have knowledge of the site and post instructions, routine daily and emergency procedures and customer service.
• Adheres to the health and safety regulations.
• Maintains inventory for all security equipment, uniforms and radios in the site.
• Ensure that equipment is kept clean and maintained at all times in order to ensure efficient operations.
• Inspects site area and all security posts, to ensure that procedures are followed and that there is no irregularity.
• Should maintain a close liaison with the residents and in case of any concerns must inform the Senior Supervisor or FM immediately for appropriate action and/or response.
• Ensures that all security officers in the site adhere to company dress and ethics code.
• Dealing politely with all tenants, customers and visitors on a daily basis.
• Providing daily, weekly and monthly incidents reports to the Senior Security Superintendent and/ or to the Facility Manager.
• Arranging Tool Box meeting twice a week for the awareness of security officer regarding HSE issues.
• Check and screening proper identification of private maintenance and housemaid service staff before issuing access permit.
• Handling master lists of all lost and found items.
• Maintaining master lists of keys of all plant room and building service rooms.
• Call police or fire departments in case of extreme emergency and providing feedback after site visit.
