Job Opening: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a Security Supervisor with strong experience in managing security operations, staff supervision, and facility protection. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment for all employees and company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure only authorized personnel enter secured areas and monitor all gate movements.
• Resolve security issues and respond quickly during emergencies or unusual activities.
• Implement security procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, fire hazards, and workplace incidents.
• Train and supervise security staff on safety, first aid, and emergency handling.
• Prepare daily and periodic security reports for management.
• Ensure proper use of security systems, CCTV, access control, and surveillance equipment.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when required.
• Maintain compliance with company security standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (B.Com preferred).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in security supervision.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle situations tactfully.
• Knowledge of fire safety, incident reporting, crowd control, and risk assessment.
