Security Supervisor – Karachi

Premier Security Services is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor for our Karachi site. This is a great opportunity for retired military professionals looking to continue their service in a disciplined civilian role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-duty security guards and ensure discipline and punctuality
• Maintain daily attendance, activity logs, and incident reports
• Oversee gate control, patrolling, visitor management, and emergency handling
• Implement and monitor company’s security SOPs across all assigned sites
• Ensure guard availability at all sites – arrange backup guards in case of shortage
• Deploy guards at new sites as per client requirements
• Coordinate recruitment of new guards for upcoming or vacant posts
• Assist in business development by conducting marketing for new contracts
• Help bring in new security contracts by approaching potential clients

Eligibility Criteria:

• Retired from Armed Forces (Havaldar / Subedar preferred)
• Age: Below 50 years
• Minimum education: Intermediate
• Physically and mentally fit
• Must be responsible and reliable
• Strong team management and reporting skills
