Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated <LOCATION> provider to join our dynamic team! Duties

  • Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans tailored to the developmental needs of children, including those requiring special education or early intervention services
  • Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies
  • Deliver age-appropriate lessons focused on literacy education, math, physical education, and social-emotional development
  • Work closely with children to support their growth in childhood development milestones and ensure their overall well-being
  • Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, classroom organization, and student engagement
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to communicate progress and address individual needs
  • Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and inform instruction
  • Support toddlers’ care routines and promote early childhood education best practices aligned with Montessori or other educational philosophies
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavioral observations in compliance with childcare standards

Experience

  • Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or daycare settings is essential
  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across preschool levels, including literacy, math, and physical education
  • Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques
  • Proven ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members
  • Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring strategies for young learners
  • Previous private school or Montessori experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of behavior management strategies tailored for early learners
