Salary: Rs 100,000 per month + Uncapped Commissions & Incentives

Job Overview:

The Required Solutions Ltd is looking for experienced and results-driven self-Sales Closers to join our outbound sales team. Your role will involve reaching out to business owners through Google Local Listings, Yelp, Angi Leads, and other local directories to sell our SEO services and help businesses improve their online presence.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to business owners and decision-makers

Present and sell SEO services tailored to client needs

Close deals through effective sales techniques and objection handling

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of sales performance and client interactions

Stay updated on SEO and digital marketing trends to pitch effectively

Work in a team-oriented, competitive sales environment

Requirements:

At least 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales closing

Strong self-closing and negotiation skills

Ability to identify client pain points and offer effective solutions

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Experience selling SEO or digital marketing services is highly preferred

Familiarity with Google Local Listings, Yelp, Angi Leads, and similar platforms

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive environment
