Self Sales Closer ____ (Night Shift)

Job Description:
Mars BPO Pvt. Ltd. is looking for confident and motivated Self Closers to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads, pitching products and services to international clients, and closing deals independently while maintaining professionalism and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Communicate with international clients confidently over the phone.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to close deals independently.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to work in the night shift (6 PM – 4 AM).

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: Rs. 40,000 – 60,000 (based on performance).
