Job Position: Call Center CSR/ Self Verifier

#Location: Rawalpindi

#Duty Time: Night Shift

#Working Hours: 6:00PM 4:00AM

#Working Days: 5

• Handle Outbound calls with US customers, addressing inquiries, checking Eligibility Criteria, and providing product/service support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed in systems.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and call center performance metrics..
