Job Description

Who are we?

Responsibilities :

-Leading a team - Supervising and coordinating a team of individuals involved in handling operations.

-Overseeing the reverse logistics process to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely resolution of seller-related issues.

-Addressing seller inquiries, resolving disputes, and handling escalated cases to ensure seller satisfaction and maintain positive seller relationships.

-Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time, resolution rates, and stakeholders feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

-Auditing calls & tickets to ensure the policies & SOPs are followed by the team members.

-Providing training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in reverse operations management.

-Collaborating with other departments such as commercial, logistics and program

-management teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and improve overall operational efficiency.

-Generating reports and analysis on operations metrics and trends to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

-Should be willing to travel to visit sellers as and when required.


Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

-Should have experience in E-commerce seller support

-Bachelor's degree in related field

-Ability to report, analyze, and manage day-to-day operations.

-Prioritization of tasks, time management and the ability to work independently.

-Knowledge in MS office such as Excel, Word & Powerpoint

-Knowledge in CRM such as Zoho, Zendesk

-Knowledge in SQL will be added advantage

-Languages: Arabic & English is mandatory
