- Complaint management
- Ticket handling
- Respond to customer's queries via WhatsApp, calls, and emails
- Working on forcefully open, refund, and operational queries
- Strong relationship building with customers & close inter departmental coordination for timely resolutions
- Data management / daily activity reports
Job Requirement:
- Having 6 months to 1 year experience in coordination & customer handling is required
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- MS Office
