The Senior Account Executive will handle end-to-end client renewals, address queries, analyze claims, and maintain accurate records. The role also focuses on cross-selling opportunities, timely payment follow-ups, and preparing monthly performance reports.

Prepare Specification Comparison Charts and other renewal documentation.

Analyze claims history and provide informed recommendations for clients.

Conduct compliance screenings and verify all compliance-related documents.

Maintain accurate client records in CRM and document management systems.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, insurance regulations, and audit standards.

Draft professional client communication materials, reports, and presentations.

Prepare monthly renewal and performance reports for management.

Ensure timely collection of client payments and communicate obligations clearly.

Exhibit high attention to detail and precision in documentation and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related discipline.

AIII certification (mandatory).

5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines – Underwriting & Client Retention.

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good knowledge of Commercial insurance policies.
