Role Overview

The Senior Account Executive will handle end-to-end client renewals, address queries, analyze claims, and maintain accurate records. The role also focuses on cross-selling opportunities, timely payment follow-ups, and preparing monthly performance reports.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Engage directly with clients for renewal confirmations and explain benefits.
  • Arrange and lead client meetings virtually or in person to review portfolios and identify opportunities.
  • Handle client escalations calmly and provide effective resolutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process accurately and on time.
  • Achieve and maintain high renewal retention through diligent follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage new business inquiries seamlessly.
  • Prepare Specification Comparison Charts and other renewal documentation.
  • Analyze claims history and provide informed recommendations for clients.
  • Conduct compliance screenings and verify all compliance-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and document management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, insurance regulations, and audit standards.
  • Draft professional client communication materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Prepare monthly renewal and performance reports for management.
  • Ensure timely collection of client payments and communicate obligations clearly.
  • Exhibit high attention to detail and precision in documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to align on goals and deliver outstanding service.
  • Support junior executives through guidance and knowledge sharing.
  • Leverage data and analytics for decision-making and client presentations.
  • Uphold company values of integrity, diligence, and client-first service.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related discipline.
  • AIII certification (mandatory).
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines – Underwriting & Client Retention.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good knowledge of Commercial insurance policies.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
