Role Overview:

The Senior Account Manager is the bridge between client vision and agency excellence. At YAZ Media, this role is designed for a high-energy, detail-oriented leader who excels at managing complex projects while maintaining exceptional client rapport. You are the day-to-day lead, ensuring that work across all four departments is delivered with precision, on brand, and on time.Unlike a traditional project manager, the Senior Account Manager is a strategic partner to the client. You aren't just checking boxes; you are anticipating needs, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring that our creative and technical output aligns perfectly with the client’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Partnership & Retention

  • Act as the primary point of contact for mid-to-senior level client stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s brand, industry, and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and flawless delivery.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and weekly status updates with confidence.

Project & Multi-Department Coordination

  • Manage the workflow of integrated campaigns involving Marketing, Production, Web, and PR.
  • Ensure internal teams are briefed with clarity, precision, and actionable insights.
  • Liaise between departments to ensure a cohesive "one-agency" output for the client.
  • Monitor project health, identifying potential bottlenecks before they impact delivery.

Revenue Optimization & Growth

  • Support the Account Director in identifying organic growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Draft compelling proposals and statements of work (SOWs) for new projects.
  • Monitor account profitability, ensuring projects stay within budget and resource allocations.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling YAZ Media’s diverse service offerings.

Quality Control & Brand Stewardship

  • Review all agency output (content, videos, web builds, press releases) to ensure it meets the client’s brief and YAZ Media’s quality standards.
  • Protect the integrity of the client’s brand across all digital and social touchpoints.
  • Ensure feedback loops between clients and creative teams are constructive and efficient.

Reporting & Insight

  • Oversee the delivery of monthly and campaign-specific performance reports.
  • Translate data into meaningful "so-what" insights that prove agency value.
  • Conduct post-campaign de-briefs to capture learnings and improve future performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital, social, or integrated agency (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
  • A proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns for high-profile brands.
  • Solid understanding of social media trends, production workflows, and digital marketing KPIs.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple "moving parts" is the norm.
