Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior Account Manager to lead our Accounts Department and ensure smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, deep financial knowledge, and the ability to manage key financial relationships with banks, customers, and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Accounts Department, ensuring efficient financial operations and team performance.
• Monitor and supervise daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Perform monthly financial closing, reporting, and business analysis.
• Maintain communication with foreign principals regarding account-related activities.
• Manage banking relationships and ensure smooth financial transactions with banks.
• Handle banking instruments including Letters of Credit (LC), import payments, advance payments, and contract-related financial matters.
• Possess sound knowledge of custom duties, import documentation, and custom clearance processes.
• Lead the Credit Control Department, develop recovery strategies, and maintain regular interaction with key customer accounts.
• Ensure strong knowledge and compliance with tax regulations and financial laws.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports using advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Work with ERP systems such as SAP / Odoo for financial management.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and implement strong financial control systems.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a leading accounting or finance role.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent email writing and professional communication skills.
• Extraordinary command over Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with SAP / Odoo or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of tax matters, banking operations, and financial compliance.
• Knowledge of LCs, import transactions, and international financial dealings.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
