Role’s mission:
Your role is to qualify and convert quality leads (in the Saudi and broader GCC markets) into active, long-term, and satisfied clients. As it stands, you will be accountable for 3 main KPIs: gross profit of deals closed, client satisfaction, and client retention.
The responsibilities of the role includes but isn’t limited to:
1. Business Development: Close business deals with organizations (such as brands, agencies, and production studios) for the myriad of services we offer (influencer marketing, music creation, production, etc.), driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring new business.
2. Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure their needs are met effectively. Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and foster a positive client experience.
3. Account Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand existing accounts and grow the business. Identify opportunities for account expansion.
4. Operational Efficiency: Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Manage internal resources effectively to meet client requirements and expectations.
5. Strategic Contribution: Develop and execute account strategies aligned with company goals. Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated solutions and achieve client success.
6. Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service quality. Generate client testimonials and case studies to highlight success stories.
