We partner with pioneering businesses to deliver transformative digital products and services. As we continue expanding our global footprint, we are seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive deeper client relationships, enhance engagement, and accelerate revenue growth from our existing client network.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing long-term client partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue expansion through upsells, cross-sells, and industry referrals.
You will work at the intersection of account management and business development, ensuring clients receive exceptional value while strategically positioning IdeaSoft for future growth within the Web3 ecosystem.

A systematic approach to relationship mapping, ensuring that all key stakeholders within client companies and their broader networks are engaged effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Web3 account management, business development, or client success. (3+ years)
  • Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems and web3 solutions.
  • Strong network within the Web3 industry (including founders, investors, developers, and ecosystem partners).
  • Demonstrated success in expanding client accounts through upsells, cross-sells, and referrals.
  • Ability to understand complex Web3 products and translate them into business opportunities for clients.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong analytical abilities to track client needs, industry trends, and revenue opportunities.
  • Cultural Adaptability: Willingness to work within two corporate cultures
  • English Level: Advanced

Additional Desirable Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, including DeFi, Layer 1 & Layer 2 solutions, DAOs, and interoperability frameworks. Strong grasp of the evolving landscape of modular and app-specific blockchains, cross-chain liquidity management, rollups, and bridging solutions.
  • Deep expertise in the differences between EVM-compatible and non-EVM blockchains, their impact on developer adoption, and the challenges of interoperability in multi-chain ecosystems.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth Web3 startup, blockchain protocol, or fintech company.
  • Exposure to DAO governance, decentralized finance (DeFi), and crypto-native business models.
  • Experience participating in hackathons, Web3 accelerators, or ecosystem grant programs.
  • Comfortable speaking at industry events, panels, and community discussions.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, beyond just their main point of contact.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding each client’s business model, challenges, and strategic goals.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and proactive touchpoints to ensure client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.

Revenue Growth & Expansion:

  • Analyze client needs and match them with relevant offerings to drive upsells and cross-sells.
  • Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts by exploring adjacent business units, partner companies, and industry networks.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to create tailored solutions for clients that drive additional value.

Industry & Market Engagement:

  • Leverage deep Web3 industry knowledge and network to identify client pain points and market trends that present revenue opportunities.
  • Actively follow and engage with key players, DAOs, ecosystem projects, and blockchain communities.
  • Stay updated on Web3 regulations, emerging technologies, funding rounds, and industry partnerships to align with client growth strategies.

Strategic Networking & Referral Growth:

  • Expand IdeaSoft’s presence within client organizations and their partner networks.
  • Identify strategic introductions from existing clients to unlock new revenue opportunities.
  • Represent IdeaSoft at Web3 conferences, networking events, and online forums to strengthen relationships and generate business.
