We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead the accounting and bookkeeping operations for the 2DOT4 Group on a full-time basis This is a unique role with tremendous opportunities for growth and career advancement as we transition from an entrepreneurial to a more established organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and bookkeeping operations for the group.
• Ensure audit readiness, including preparation for OTS and regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with other departments to produce financial reports and insights.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts between sister companies.
• Assist with inventory and cost control procedures for manufacturing entities.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial audits.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, VAT, and corporate tax calculations.
• Prepare and manage bank and other reconciliations.
• Manage contracts and maintain relationships with banks and suppliers.
• Implement financial SOPs and ensure adherence.
• Build and lead a team of accounting professionals.
• Support financial planning and analysis initiatives.
• Demonstrate knowledge on AML compliances and reporting experience

What We Expect From You

• Qualifications & Experience:
• CPA qualification or equivalent is a must.
• Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in accounts within the UAE, with a strong understanding of VAT and tax implementation.
• Auditing experience for group companies is a big plus.
• Proficiency in ERP systems preferably Suntech and Odoo.
• AML Compliancy and Reporting experience
• Skills & Competencies:
• Experience in managing multiple accounting systems for legal entities.
• Familiarity with startup environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of workload without compromising quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Global experience and an ability to adapt to diverse working environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
