Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with 2–3 years of accounting experience, ideally in an outsourcing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UK tax and accounting laws, hands-on experience with payroll, VAT, and corporation tax, and the ability to deliver accurate financial reporting in line with UK GAAP/IFRS.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and monitor cash flow.
• Handle VAT returns, PAYE, and Corporation Tax, ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
• Liaise with HMRC and manage all tax-related submissions and queries.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and conduct variance analysis.
• Ensure timely preparation of year-end accounts and coordinate with external auditors.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Stay updated on UK accounting standards, tax regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/ACA/CIMA preferred).
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, with prior exposure to outsourced finance functions.
• Strong knowledge of UK tax, payroll, VAT, and corporation tax.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to liaise with clients and HMRC.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and accountability.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
