Senior Accountant

ob Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Dharamtala, Kolkata
Salary: ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Manage and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with GST matters, taxation, and other legislative requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, vouchers, and reconciliations.
• Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and financial compliance.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and taxation laws.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting & taxation.
• Strong knowledge of GST laws, compliances, and legislative matters.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
