Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients in Tally and Zoho Books.
- Record & reconcile sales, purchases, bank transactions, expenses, and payroll.
- Perform bank, debtor, creditor, and GST reconciliations regularly.
- Ensure proper GST, TDS, and statutory compliance entries in books.
- Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Collaborate with Compliance & CFO teams for MIS, financial insights, and reporting.
- Maintain error-free records with proper audit trail and supporting documentation.
- Train and guide junior accountants/interns on bookkeeping best practices.
- Ensure timely month-end closing and reporting for assigned clients.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and Zoho Books.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
- Ability to handle multiple clients/accounts simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Proficiency in Excel, reconciliations.
- Good communication skills for client interactions.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Tally: 4 years (Preferred)
