Senior Accountant

We are looking to hire a Senior Accountant.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Arabic is the primary language, with good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Basic understanding of VAT and WHT related to Accounts Payable.
• Experience handling multiple vendors and processing routine payables transactions.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and journal postings.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and accounts payable reconciliations.
• Help with month-end closing activities and basic financial reporting.
• Ensure vendor invoices are properly recorded and compliant with company procedures.
• Prepare payment requests and coordinate with the finance team for approvals.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation.
• Provide support during internal and external audits as needed.
