Senior Accountant

Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:-

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, General Ledger, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly / quarterly closings.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and ensure timely fund management.
• Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, IncomeTax, ROC filings, and liaising with auditors.
• Develop and implement internal controls and process improvements.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Lead and guide junior accounting team members.

Qualification & Skills:-

• Qualified CA/CMA/MBA(Finance)or equivalent with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP systems) and MsExcel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
