Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and finance, a deep understanding of financial reporting standards, and proven experience in managing full-cycle accounting operations. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining the company’s financial health, ensuring compliance, and supporting management with accurate financial insights.

Responsibilities

1.Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

2.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

3.Handle VAT filings, payroll processing, and other statutory requirements in a timely manner.

4.Prepare budgets, forecasts, and perform variance analysis to support management decisions.

5.Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

6.Monitor cash flow, expenses, and company financial performance.

7.Maintain accounting controls and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

8. Inward/Outward stock entries

9. Salary entries & adjustments, Advances recovery ,Gratuity & EOS computation based on UAE Law,

VAT ledgers and filing, Corporate Tax Filing, Audit support and documentation

Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of UAE relevant accounting experience, preferably in investment or financial services.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and accounting best practices.

Proficiency in accounting software such as, QuickBooks, , or ERP systems.

Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
