Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Girish Park, Kolkata
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting regulations
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred
