Job Title: Accountant, Administrative Coordinator, and Properties Manager Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team in a multifaceted role. This position will encompass managing company and personal accounts, handling administrative tasks, and overseeing properties management. The role will also involve communication with clients, consultants, and government entities, as well as managing employee visas. Key Responsibilities: Manage company financial records, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting. Handle personal accounts and finances for the business owner. Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and government agencies. Manage employee visas, work permits, and related documentation. Oversee properties management, including maintenance, tenant relations, lease agreements, and property compliance. Ensure compliance with local regulations and financial standards. Requirements: Proven experience in accounting, finance, and properties management. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent communication abilities in both Arabic and English. Familiarity with local labor laws, visa processes, and property management standards. Attention to detail and high level of integrity.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
