Senior Accountant

About the RoleQuaid Technologies is hiring on behalf of its affiliated company, a well-established transportation and logistics organization. We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with taxation laws, statutory regulations, and audit requirements
• Handle tax filings, returns, and coordination with tax authorities
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Monitor financial controls and implement process improvements
• Analyze financial data to support management decisions
• Maintain accurate financial records related to logistics and transportation operations

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or related industries will be a strong plus
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Salary Range

PKR 80,000 – 150,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
