Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial reporting, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization’s financial health. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards
• Handle accounts payable and receivable oversight
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Support audits by preparing required documentation
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Fresh food Preffered
• Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements
