Senior Accountant

Urgently Hiring senior accountant with minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in villa Construction company.

Responsibilty: Accountant responsible for managing financial records, preparing invoices, and tracking project costs for villa construction projects in Dubai. Handles accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and ensures timely payment processing to subcontractors and suppliers. Prepares financial reports, monitors budgets, and ensures compliance with UAE regulations and VAT requirements. Supports management with cost analysis and financial planning to maintain project profitability.
