Job Description:
- Manage supplier invoices, reconciliations, and ensure timely payments (Accounts Payable).
- Prepare and issue accommodation-related invoices (room rent, laundry, inventory, utilities, etc.) and monitor collections (Accounts Receivable).
- Record and control company expenses with proper documentation and cost allocation.
- Handle petty cash management, disbursements, and periodic reconciliation.
- Oversee repair and maintenance expenses, including vendor coordination and cost tracking.
- Manage workers’ affairs (visa processing, payroll inputs, documentation) and labor camp administration in compliance with UAE regulations.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Cost controlling and budget monitoring for expenses, maintenance, and operations. principles.
- Familiarity with UAE labor law, visa processes, and labor camp administration.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Excel. And reporting
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of labor camp administration and workers’ affairs is required. (Same industry experience)
Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
