Job Title: Accountant cum Inventory Controller (Female Only)

Department: Accounts & Inventory
Reports To: CEO
Location: Abu Dhabi
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Job Purpose:

To manage all accounting, inventory, payroll, and tax compliance activities of the company. The role involves ensuring accurate financial records, maintaining stock control, processing payroll, handling VAT and Corporate Tax filings, and coordinating with banks and suppliers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Finance:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records including journal entries, invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash and petty cash records.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Assist in year-end closing, audits, and financial statement preparation.

2. Payroll Management:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy of overtime, deductions, and incentives.
  • Manage WPS files and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations.
  • Record payroll entries and reconcile payroll-related accounts.

3. Inventory Control:

  • Monitor daily stock movements including material receipts, transfers, and issues.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile with ERP/system records.
  • Identify and report on stock variances, damaged goods, and slow-moving inventory.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for accurate stock reporting and valuation.

4. Taxation & Compliance:

  • Prepare and file UAE VAT returns accurately and on time.
  • Assist in UAE Corporate Tax computation and filing.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all tax filings and audit requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all FTA and local financial regulations.

5. Banking & Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle daily banking operations, including deposits, cheque clearance, and fund transfers.
  • Visit banks for account-related activities and coordinate with bank representatives as required.
  • Support management in cash flow forecasting and fund management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and inventory control (UAE experience Mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting,VAT and Corporate Tax filing - Mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Labour Law - Mandatory
  • Proficiency in ERP systems Quickbooks online and MS Excel - Mandatory.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
  • Female candidates only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting : 4 years (Preferred)
  • Inventory Control : 2 years (Preferred)
  • Payroll and administration : 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Fluent in English mandatory (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • CA/ACCA/CPA Preffered (Preferred)
