About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with strong knowledge of Zoho Books/Zoho Finance tools to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on AP experience, preferably with professional qualifications such as ACCA or CA (part-qualified or finalist). This role requires excellent English communication skills, as you will be interacting with internal and external stakeholders globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Accurately record, verify, and track expenses in Zoho Books/Zoho Finance suite.
• Review vendor invoices and ensure timely approvals and payments.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and reporting.
• Support audits by providing necessary AP documentation and reports.
