About the Role

Douxl Technologies is seeking a meticulous and driven Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Lahore. This role is dedicated to our Bikeboxmt.com project, a leading delivery accessories provider in the Middle East. You will play a critical role in managing the project's financial health, with a primary focus on billable services, raising invoices, following up for payments, making sales reports, contacting clients for purchase orders, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee the end-to-end AR process, including invoicing, tracking collections, and managing aging reports to ensure timely payments.

Project Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records specifically for the Bikebboxmt.com project, ensuring all transactions are recorded in accordance with standard accounting principles.

Reconciliation: Work together with the other accounting team for timely reconciliations.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and provide insights into revenue trends.

Compliance: Ensure all accounting activities comply with local tax laws and company policies.

Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and schedules.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CMA part-qualified is a plus).

Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience in a Senior Accountant role.

Specialization: Strong hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and debt collection management.

Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and experience with accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Odoo).

Attributes: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
